StakeCube Are you able to get ETH withdrawals from StakeCube?

Trying to withdraw my ETH from StakeCube..

The withdrawal shows as successful at SC, but the explorer says opposite:

Opened a ticket with SC > received a message that that type of "non contract" wallet (at Kraken) is not supported > SC stopped the transaction and returned ETH to my account.

Made another withdrawal to MetaMask: no problem at all > withdrawal was sucessful.
