A proposal to top-up our centralised Treasury with 5 million $Maria to be spent for various services received.

I needed to top-up the Treasury wallet a bit in order to be able to pay out the winnings to the 1st Poker Tournament winners.

= it is almost empty, as it is supposed to be

So far have paid for various graphics works, reported bugs, suggestions and various activities of our users (mostly on Discord).

Important note: the centralised Treasury takes part in staking activities (doesn't run any MNs):

• Pros: helps the stability of the network (we have too low PoS Difficulty)
• Cons: competes with other stakers

well, it didn't

.. we discovered that the payment was never made by the system to our centralised treasury (that is fully broke at the moment)
