SSD cloud hosting at HostMaria has a whole bunch of options for people in need. However, I am talking about the cheapest Linux option here, sitting at £2 per month (or around £20 per year). The server is mostly for web hosting, but you also get Python installed here. You cannot host websites using frameworks like Flask or Django with the way the hosting works here, or at least I couldn't get it to work. Don't get me wrong, you can get the web server running locally inside the server, but you cannot link it with a domain.
Despite the limitations, using something like Laravel's Process facade, you can access the power of the Python runtime within the PHP ecosystem. Or, you can send a request to the internal server to get output from the ML server. However, the possibilities don't end there. You can spin up a Discord bot, or even Twitter and Telegram ones, using the Python 3.6 you are greeted with. Pair it with some available APIs, and you can see a whole bunch of ways to utilize the functionality. The limitation is that you do not have sudo access, and thus you cannot upgrade the Python version. Also, you have Python 2.7.5 pre-installed to run legacy codes. It's impressive how capable the servers are considering the price.
