[Vacancy] Poker Tournament Manager (weekly tournaments)

A Maria community Poker tournament manager will be responsible for organizing and overseeing weekly Maria community poker tournaments.

This includes tasks such as:

• Scheduling tournament dates and times
• Regularly reporting the progress to [member=1]Helmuts[/member] (founder)
• Creating and publishing tournament rules and regulations
• Recruiting and managing tournament staff - volunteers
• Finding Sponsors (optional)
• Engaging with conversations with sponsors
• Handling tournament registrations
• Setting up and running tournament software (finding the best partners)
• Overseeing tournament play and enforcing rules
• Resolving any disputes that may arise during tournament play
• Distributing prizes and awards to tournament winners
• Gathering feedback from tournament participants and using it to improve future tournaments

The ideal candidate for this role would have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and lead a team. You should also have a good understanding of poker rules and tournament formats. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of poker software and technology, and experience with running and organizing events.

Responsibility in short: Making sure that Maria poker tournaments are organised and run smoothly A-Z.

Pay: $75/week paid in $Maria coins

Hi. I'm interested in this position. I play poker and I am knowledgeable about it. I know how to organize a MTT(multi table tournament) and knows apps/website to use for that tournament. I prefer using pokernow and clubgg but if you prefer other apps or website then its no problem since I can adapt easily. I can do all the task that you mention. And in addition I am in many discord servers that plays poker so that can help you finding collabs/sponsors. Thanks.

.. it seems you are from Nigeria, and although it is a fast-fast growing economy and country, there is a higher risk involved working online with Nigerians due to a large number of established online scam criminal groups (the same applies to Russia and Ukraine).

About the poker job > today's price of $Maria is sooooo lowwww, that (to be very honest) I do not wish to pay out millions in $Maria coins (in this case, for a job done, even if it is needed).

trying to be as honest as possible.

the price needs to improve first.. otherwise this will create even heavier sell ceiling than already there is.
