It related to sorting out chainparams, in specific, the:

consensus.vUpgrades

I have informed the Altecoin shared MN service ( app.altecoin.cc ) about the update as they were not aware of it.. Found out after I did a test transaction wich was not recognized by the blockchain explorer.
