New Feature (Deal Codes) Announcement

I am excited to announce that we are currently developing a new feature for the MariaBuy platform that will allow customers to purchase discounted deals on software, digital products, and online services.

To explain the process briefly, our partners will provide us with discount codes for their offers. Customers can then purchase these codes on our platform and redeem them on the provider's platform. There's a live example of such a listing on MariaBuy, which you can check out at https://mariabuy.com/product/boost-affiliate-marketing-business-lifetime-deal.

It's important to note that these deal codes are different from regular coupons. They are unique and can only be used once. When a deal is purchased on MariaBuy, customers won't have to pay anything on the partner's platform (please refer to the deal terms for specifics such as lifetime deals and one-year discounts).

I understand that we (sellers) can list products and services for sale at mariabuy. any plans on allowing us to sell coupons directly?

do I understand it correctly that the only way to sell coupons (like they do at appsumo) is through you?

Yes, you are correct, on the marketplace, sellers can sell digital downloads, physical items, and virtual products (services). There are a couple of reasons sellers will not be able to list deals directly:
1. To protect our customers we have to make sure that deal is legit. It means we will check the software/service/platform if it's a finished product and works as claimed.
2. The deal codes should be uploaded to the database. This along with other significant options can be done from the platform's admin dashboard and will not be available on the seller's dashboard due to security reasons.

To sell deals on our platform, sellers will need to go through our platform's team. Once this feature goes live, sellers will be required to fill out a form providing all the necessary information, and upload a file containing the deal codes they wish to sell. This process will ensure that all deals sold on our platform meet our standards for quality and authenticity.
