Out of the above - NiceHash would be great to be listed at .. I have been a long-long time user of theirs, from 2017 probably (before they got hacked).

ok, this is an interesting one..

SimpleFX.. absent from CoinGecko and CoinPaprika.. though, interesting..

They accept BTC Lightning: https://simplefx.com/bitcoin-lightning-network/ + have an app + allow trading various stocks.
