So it's been a few days already since discord has been shut down for MARIA. We only saw people join the website forum to get free coins then no discussions. This is very worrying as nobody is making any posts besides helmuts me and my friend spectrum. There are no more discussions about Maria and there is no more community. I would urge you to think about reopening the discord for the sake of the cryptocurrency project. If helmuts don't wanna handle it he can always hand moderation to his best man.

Hi everyone, I don't want to belittle the idea of ??switching from Discord to a forum, but I can say from experience that something like this often doesn't work well, I think the times when a forum like this exists are unfortunately already a few years in extinct in my eyes, discord is the new forum in 2023, so to speak, you can make the change, but as you can see, there is not much going on here, where 1000 messages could come in daily in DC, DC is just practical in this point has his bar on the left, you can adjust it as you like and everything in a few clicks. I understand that few guys here would really love to engage with each other, and for some Discord is the preferred place.
Look, we don't control Discord as the space, and in business you can't rely long-term on social channels > we do not control them.
I personally believe that:
Forum is like a Home = peace, support, security and the base / social media = nightclubs, lots of other chicks (cryptos), chaoss, random fun.
.. I might re-open the discord, though not soon. We need to build up forum 1st and every other platform we talk at steals content from our Home (forum) that we have just starting building up (forums are built with content).

Facebook Groups are definitely a bad choice to compared with a forum:

im bumping this thread as its been 10 days since the last post and clearly nobody is joining discussion on the forum anymore about Maria Coin, please open discord again so we can build back the maria coin community because I think everyone has left

I am all for maria zone to be a busy place but for that to happen we need to bridge the traffic to the forums. The reach of the forums is highly limited right now as listed in the numbers down bellow the website.
Like I said earlier only have a small discord with everything that links back to maria zone would be a win.win.
Why reduce the exposure of Maria coin? Discord after all is a growth tool.

I will start working on the seo part of the forum (to start getting the reach) after the update of Maria coin we are working on.
.. the process will be tested on the smaller coin we created for the Latvian community (almost finished), and if all goes as planned > will jump over to $Maria. Maria process is more complex as involves 2 larger exchanges that aren't fans of mandatory updates (finexbox and dex-trade), and they need quite a significant notice time.
these updates are the priority.. we just have too much to be improved.
once the $Lats update is out > I will start dripping out information here one by one .. one of them > there will be improved deflationary monetary policy
we are just not tik-tok
all the serious conversations should happen here.

finexbox is a scam exchange with fake volume and very high withdrawal fees , dex trade also has excessive withdral fee's

You can't say that an exchange are scammers just because they charge huge withdrawal fees. .. yes, I do hate this fact to relevant so finexbox, but it does not make them scammers.

nobody calls binance the scammers just because their btc withdrawal fees are also crazy high. don't they?
here is a simple way to get much cheaper withdrawal fees at finexbox: buy ripple or doge with your btc and use either to withdraw your funds.

yes i agree Stakecube should be listed as crooks. fees suck but not a scam just funds to run sites.
